Parking Policy for AVA Ballston

For Residents: First parking space is $50 per month. Second parking space is an additional $110 per month. Tandem spaces are $135 per month; both dependent upon availability. All garage parking is assigned.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please park in the spaces available on the front circle of the building.

For Guests: Outdoor guest parking is first come, first served. Please note that there is a four hour time limit between 7am and 7pm. Garage guest parking must be reserved through the Leasing Office by either yourself, as the guest, or the resident you are visiting. Garage guest parking is $10.00 per day.
